hi All , been a while
ive brought this topic up before , the diff mounting plates on my eunos are shredding ,when is it wise to replace ? my baby has just past mot without advisories
so wondering are these needing changing or are they just ok as are?

ok so i found where the water is getting in , the weld at the bottom of the windscreen post is rotten got a screw driver in there ,tough place to get to!!
can the wing come off without having to take the whole front bumper off ?

Hi all , my Mx has had to be left out in the elements this past few months ,usually tucked up cozy in the garage ,but it's getting water in the passenger side foot well ,after rain and snow, any ideas please. It's definitely not coolant from hoses

Hi all,Just been out in the Mk1, it has a definite knock when going round bends ,left and right , the knock is at the front and on both sides ,turn left knock on left ,turn right knock on right ! Wondering if it's a roll bar problem as suspension and steering seem OK But the knock can be felt slight...

Hi Wayne ,traced the power wire from switch ,when I got to the route around battery ,I found the problem ,whoever did the wiring last year had put the battery straight on top of it tightened battery bracket down and squashed the wire so much it was shorting the circuit ! I cut the section out and so...

This is the blue earth coming from nearside cluster with reverse lamp still intact

cheers Wayne , will have a good lookover weekend , theres an earth wire going from the nearside cluster to body , should i put one on the drivers side cluster ? i will check the way the wire run from switch and see where its routed . not sure what live they have attached to under dash , its wire hea...

Hi Wayne, yes bought a new switch ,so it's shorting along wire somewhere or in the bulb holder ,can you take the bayonet out of the light cluster without damaging it? Could be some rust underneath due to water ingress?

Still no joy with this ! 10 fuses later ,may have to re do wiring from another source, it must be shorting somewhere as it works for 10 seconds then fuse burns out ,maybe use higher rated fuse ?

Can you change them without dropping diff ? Just support it while big bolts are taken out?
