Re: Finishline alarm problem
Could it be this: This normally happens when you try to unlock the car using the fob and discover the old battery doesn't have the power to unlock the central locking (this also means it doesn't turn the alarm off) so you resort to unlocking the car with the key. When the new battery is then connec...

Re: My BBR Turbo
Long overdue update, but sadly because I've decided to sell her. I've done 1600 miles since buying (20 months), and when you work out the cost per mile, it's just not worth the expense. Young family, house and long work hours mean I don't drive it, haven't worked on it like I thought I would. And th...

New hood - zip problem
Hi All, Have a new hood fitted, mohair with a zip window. Zipped it up expecting there to be a stopper at the end (couldn't see as there was a Velcro strap bit obscuring the end), zipper comes off the zip, bugger. Check other side (ie. Where the zip came from)....nothing there either. Spot something...

Shes booked it in for service MOT and aircon regass, so they reset thr light and sent her on her way. ...

Re: Rear brake pads stuck
So after coming back from a drive out the other day thought I'd check the discs and front offside was v v hot compared to the others (I'd barely been using the brakes) Just jacked the car up, and wheel felt a bit tough to spin, but wasnt too bad. Took the front wheels off both sides, pumped the brak...

Re: 2nd hand hood
Put a request out on facebook "Northwest buy and sell" group. A blokr put those pics up. No details on price or location, not heard back yet.
Or just buy a new one, not sure who else recommended other than Dandy cars, any ideas to get hold of one sharpish.
