Re: What have you done to your MX5 today/yesterday?

Not today, but last week. 1) Finally tracked down the annoying metallic rattle when I go over any bump, that started shortly after Cobalt exhaust fitted. It was a rear brake pad rattling in the caliper. Quick fixed, by bending the "audible brake wear indicator" bracket round to take up the...

Re: What have you done to your MX5 today/yesterday?

Continued the fight against rust! Took out the wheel arch liner, cleaned out the leaves and dirt. Undone the bottom of the wing, rubbed down rust, treated and painted wing and sill. Re: What have you done to your MX5 today/yesterday?

Whilst attempting, and failing, to change exhaust on my Mk2.5, I grabbed hold of the front wheel arch and heard horrible crunching sounds! I loosened the arch liner and pulled out about 6 handfuls of dried leaves. When time allows I'll take wheel and liner off to clear it all out. I'm sure that woul...

Hello from Kent

Hi I bought my Euphonic on E-Bay in July. I've only driven it with the top up once, I'm trying to keep it as rust free, as much as I can. After driving my diesel Yaris for 13 years, I'm loving, having some power & RWD! I think it needs to be a little lower & a little louder! :auto-layrubber:...
