Then the mid section is a silencer and cat section...there are two S/steel sections i know are easy to get a M2 de-cat mid section....moss Europe have a S/Steel silencer with a cat.
Another option is fit a Mk 2.5 full system...easier to get...just blank off the after cat sensor.

I am guessing you are talking about a Mk2 NB mid section with a cat...as they are the hardest to get ... The Mk 2 NB and the Mk2.5 NB both had 6 spd versions...but the midsection on the Mk2 NB is the same on the 5 spd/6spd 1.8 and 1.6...The Mk2.5 NB as its cat on the down pipe so the mid section jus...

The unluckiest man to ever own a Mx-5/Roadster as an issue with his MK 1 NA 1.6 UK spec Mx-5... The Mx-5 died on him over the weekend and looks like the charging system is not charging even though he as fitted a new alternator, so he is at a loss, after getting her towed home :cry: Can you help him ...

Well he's back the unluckiest man to own a Mx-5/Roadster with another issue this time on his Mk 1 NA mx-5 UK spec 1997 1.8... His instrument gauges are not working apart from the speedo which is mechanical driven,the Auto spark that came to asses it says it needs a re-wire for a very nice sum :eek: ...

Result :handgestures-thumbup: , i knew it would be something silly, there is not really much to the circuit , thats why i said also check the switches, plugs,relays and sockets, just in time for the crappy weather... :sad: glad your sorted. I had a cracker dropped off here on Saturday Mk 1 NA monza ...

It shows everything if you go further down for the correct plugs and sockets ,switchs also...etc Regardless of how many cars you have imported ? It makes no difference to the issue...i have imported 100's in my time...most have different issues to sort from fat fingers haveing a mess... Check the ea...

Hi

Either make one of the pig tails up on here or get a OE pig tail, something is not wired correct.
Just out of interest which switch is fitted...rocker type or push type.

Yes.... i have seen, DO NOT use a permanent live feed, needs to be switched ignition live or from the lighting circuit.
