Floppy Seat belts/De-tension problem

For those owners with a JDM EUNOS ROADSTER, this is how to get rid of the weird de-tension on the belts when it use.....
This is a jap interior fuse box cover that i have converted into english, you can see BELTS clearly labeled on the right , so if you remove the fuse the seat belts should tighten up when in use( tension up) ,so you should be able to work out which one against the Jap cover....
