Mk 1 NA,Mk 2/2.5 NB/NBFL roof latch repair

Postby Mazda Mender » Mon Jun 25, 2018 11:36 pm

There is a hell of a lot of crap out there on how to repair these which Is all long winded and rubbish with threads /posts that go on forever......think about the problem , they have stretched over the years of use under tension forward and down so they just need knocking back into position,,,,,,, we use a rubber dead blow hammer and have done for many many years but no special tools are needed for this guide as I am sure you will see, not everyone has the tools we sometimes use to hand so we do try to think what the driveway spanner thrower can get their hands on to help solve issues ,so we try to keep it simple, rule is.... don't over think it, and always think out of the box.....
