Hello from Crewe

Postby Rob E » Sun Feb 26, 2017 2:30 am

Hey everyone,

Just saying hello. I'm a long time Roadster owner! I own a 1994 s special with a mini supercharger setup. Its been off the road for about 4 years while I transitioned from a Uni student into a married man / purchased a house / got my career underway :)

However, the time has finally come to get her back on the road within the next 12 months. I've got a few jobs to do so I'm glad I've found the MM forums. Tonnes of information which is a real credit to you. See you around.

Thanks Wayne, I couldn't bear to part with her. I've spent too much on restoration bits and it's by far the most fun car I've ever had

Here is a couple of images from before I took her off the road

I've done a huge amount of mending on her during my ownership

And the all important bit...

A little beauty you have there. One day I am going to have a supercharged mx, unfortunately a 1972 vw beetle could soon be emtying my pockets!!
1993 1.6 Eunos Roadster (gone)
1998 UK Mk 2 1.6 (gone)
2003 1.8 SVT Sport (shouldnt have sold it)
1991 1.6 Eunos Roadster with a bit of bling.

Life is a journey, best travelled topless in an MX5!!

Supercharged is good fun, I'm really excited to get it back on the road.

Beetles are also great fun! I participated in a couple of bare shell rebuilds in my old place of work. The good thing is that they are really easy to work on :)
