Hi all, I'm Scott from Scotland,

Currently in the process of restoring (saving) my current 5 which had been drifted by the previous owner. Continually coming on here for reference material so thought I'd best sign up.

Won't go into too much detail (I'll save that for my build thread) but this is my first NA. Won on a Facebook bonus ball lottery for the princely sum of £20.00.

It's my thirds mx5, started with a mk2.5 1.6, then an NC1 2.0 Sport and now a black NA 1.8 Eunos Roadster Mazdaspeed B-Spec Stage 2. If you're on any other MX5 forums you'll maybe have seen it before.

Day I got it:

To how it's currently sitting (excuse the rustic garage):

Anyways hello all and I'll get a build thread sorted out with all the juicy details!

Thanks for the welcome guys, it's been a struggle so far, everything that could have been fitted wrongly/poorly has been, the roof/rollcage/bumper/suspension to name but a few! Surely would have been stripped and scrapped if I hadn't gotten it.
