Tried to start , starter works.
But doesn’t seem to get petrol. Took the petrol inlet tube out and doesn’t pump any petrol out when I turn the ignition.
Tried with engine starter spraycan and then the engine rolls for a wee bit until ofcourse the fumes are used up.
Tomorrow I’ll be there with my diagnose led light to see what it says . The car is not near at the moment but still in the garden from my mother in law .
Sometimes i don’t know the right words for things but that’s because I’m Dutch :) so you know when I don’t make any sense .

Try bridging the pump in the diagnostic box to see if she will start.

Hi there,
So I tried bridging the fuel pump but I can only hear a click from the relay but don’t hear anything of a pump working from the fuel cap.
I tried the diagnose led light, after I disconnected from the battery and pressed the brake.
First no led light but after trying to start I’ve got the following fault codes.
So first 2 long ones and then 3 times short (which I understand is 23 ( but can’t find a fault code 23)
Then 1 long one and then 4 times short ( so fault code 14)

I know this might be off topic in the welcome thread sorry for that.
Have you got any ideas?
(Ps I thought I wrote the same message earlier but it didn’t seem to come through. )

Thanks in advance for the help anyway

Fault code 23 relates to an air bag fault, fault 14 relates to the Atmospheric Pressure Sensor, or if she as ABS...Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Open circuit or Short to power supply.

She does have abs , well i see a thing near the diagnostic box which says Nippon ABS. So bad connection maybe or mice bit through wire .
But that’s probably not the reason why she won’t start I guess.
Maybe I should try putting on a new fuel pomp .
