Dan.....
Can you please explain why on earth flux find it necessary to try and take out the payment for the direct debit a day early from the day my wages hit the bank, my direct debit is set with yourselves to be taken on the 20th of every month so it will be in, NOT the 19th as your Co see fit to do so, what is the point of arranging a direct debit With yourselves to take it when you please anyway, this is bad practice and needs to stop as flux has given me charges that there should not be because of flux's blatant disregard of the customers wishes and in black and white to be the case.
I am rattled by this, and also this 3rd party carry on with the claiming of an accident that has been brought to light when there should be the least hassle and stress as possible in that pressure and upset situation and this is not turning out the case with two of our members, it has been made a nightmare by flux, and is not good in every way, and personally I am not happy, with us recommending yourselves as our dedicated group insurance maybe we need to rethink this?, so please spare me the crap and waffle on the board as an explanation, P.M me if you wish, but I will be contacting flux direct over these matters, bringing on extra stress is NOT what we signed up for.
