Chuffed with the outcome !

Postby Nobby » Tue Jan 19, 2016 3:09 pm

Greetings fellow 5ers........Only joined the Forum a few weeks ago and posted my first hello message....In that message I mentioned that I was having the Tan seats out of my Mk1 Eunos renovated....well quite rightly I was told that my post is 'useless without photos' so with a bit of luck here they are. The seats had suffered the usual getting in and out scuff on the drivers bolster and also rips to the stitched joints on the 'bum' part of the seat, due I'm told to the leather shrinking......the passenger seat wasn't too bad at all for 25 years old....I'm quite chuffed with the overall results

Nicely rescued! May i ask how much and by whom? Might be a great time to check your headrest speakers and lubricating your seat rails.

I missed your post Storm so apologies for the late reply.......job was done by a smashin' chap called Dave Hayden, a proper leather craftsman.... http://www.dhaden.co.uk/
Probably not the cheapest but then a 'top notch' job that will last wouldn't be.
