Hydrodipping

Postby painterdave » Tue Jan 27, 2015 10:39 pm

We can also offer an hydrodipping service as well, we have teamed up with a local company who will dip any panels we have prepped and once they have dipped them we apply the clearcoat and looks awesome when finished

I will post pics up of design samples we can do, but there are literally hundreds to choose from

Here are a few interior bits we have done for an Mx5 just to show people what can be done, basically anything that doesn't absord water and can be painted can be dipped

Thanks. Not for me, but I have customers/contacts who would want things like wings/spoilers, roof panels, sunroof blanks, seat shells, wheels, bonnets, doors, complete dash panels, etc. done. I even know a few loonies who'd want things like blocks done but I doubt it'd survive the heat!

We could get most of them done but would have to do the bigger stuff in two halves, again it depends on what pattern you go with to make sure the pattern matches up ok, we have done calipers before and not heard of any problems with heat.
