OK guys, I am getting kind of piissed off now. I was told yesterday that something would be done then about it, last night, 'you were on the case'. You put me in here pretty quick, why is it so hard to get me out for god sake?

I was told yesterday categorically by Wayne that he would sort it out. He also told me that a system would be put into pl;ce to notify anyone when they were being put in here and treated like a child. This is getting rather pathetic now dont you think?
