I ordered a small car litres kit last week, it arrived next day.
Whilst everything was there in the advert photo it, was different from the description. I contacted him over the weekend and got a response on Sunday to the effect that it was an error in the description and I had got what was in the photo and that 3 more cans would be dispatched in the morning.
The advert description has been now been corrected and I true to his word, I got another 3 cans.
This seller really does have customer satisfaction as a priority and is a credit to eBay.

Really, I didn't intend it to be, although you've got me thinking now? I went on their Forum (don't have to be a member) to find out about rustproofing and someone had posted the discount code, didn't say you had to be a member.

It may not say but when a trader issues a discount code such as that its intended for that audience in this case the OC. It is only 10% but imho for me atleast I would feel dishonest using something that I'm not entitled to use for personal gain. but I am old fashioned. please don't think I am having a go at you though
