I know some people have a duct opening in the offside headlight flap. Any use? Or would a length of trunking to the front really be the only answer? (which makes perfect sense to me!)

not as good as pure ambient air from outside, no. Early autumn and winter mornings with damp cold air are lovely!! :auto-layrubber:

This is what I did...keeps it out of the way of the manifold and it's not difficult to get a cold feed to it, although I didn't bother as yet.

I have tubes running down for cold air, very good heat shields and KGworks sidelight/indicator grill vents for fresh air also on my Mk 1 :handgestures-thumbup:

Hi guys, could a complete idiot like myself fit one of these or is it a job for Autolink when I take the 5 to have cambelt etc changed? Cheers, Mick.
