Hi all, couldnt find any smoked reflectors so taking Waynes advice did them myself. Very easy to do, and they must be as I got a great end result. May have to be in 2 posts to accomadate the pic's. So firstly, you need the above/below. Plastic primer spray, smoked tint spray, philips screwdriver and 1000 wet and dry paper, all available on the bay. Simply remove the four reflectors, which came off easily. Give a thorough wash with a soft scouring pad and washing up liquid, then a good go with the wet and dry, also with washing up liquid, on the plastic part to be sprayed. I really had a good go here to make sure all wax, oil etc was off and its hard to damage the lens with wet 1000 grade. Rinse. Then a good dry in the sun, or whatever else to dry them very well. I then applied several LIGHT coats of plastic primer, and it goes off very quickly, making sure to get all the areas. Then several, about 4-5 I think, LIGHT coats of the smoked lens spray, which also dries very quickly in a warm place. Once you are satisfied with the shade you have, simply put them back on. And there you have it. Simples.

Hmm, I just got some black gloss from the pound shop, scotch brited the reflectors and gave them four coats. They do still have an orange tinge if you shine a light at them. I am happy with them.

Well now you know how to do them properly when the gloss peels off in winter! Just joking, good for you.

i done this but i also seen a thread that recommended filing the lettering off the reflectors before spraying, which is didnt do. You can see the lettering as the tint spray doesnt want to stick to them
