Good idea. Should be popular & you have the skillzz. I imagine plenty of people would like to hide the black plastic with some nice leather but will be put off by the fitting. The centre console doesn`t look easy to me.

The armrest locks will need to be swapped don`t forget.

Right the leather radio surround is finally fitted & goes well with the t`other white stitched leather bits.

Was far from plain sailing though. Nick kindly offered to fit the leather for me but TG sent us 2 covers that didn`t seem to have enough material to cover the surround properly, which was surprising as there was ample with the cowl cover.

After speaking to TG they asked me to send the surround to them & they would cover it for me.Can`t fault their customer service & they have even refunded postage costs.

Here`s how it looks fitted (crappy phone pic in garage i`m affraid). If anyone`s thinking of going for one i`d suggest making sure there`s plenty of material before you start glueing!

I may go for an armrest cover in the future but that will probably be it. (thank gawd for that i hear Nick say)

Question....Do people drill the door for the extra door pocket fixing screw or leave as is?

There is decorative black cap at the rear for this screw. Not a bad idea to secure it there.
If you dont find one, I could send a pair of the door pull caps, Dave.

Vlad

I`ve got the screws & caps Vlad thanks. Just wondered if it was worth drilling the door or not to fit them.

May well upgrade the door pull handles to your Roadster ones sometime! :handgestures-thumbup:

Changed the mirrors for electric ones.

No plans in the short term to wire them up but maybe one day! They look much better than the standard ones in my humble opinion.
