I was reading a classic car mag the other day and there was an article talking about insurance. Apparently they are going to revamp the whole thing so cars like this with only minimal damage won't get written off. Image

The chap that owned her did not know any different and went with the flow of their guide lines, if he had been on here we would of told him to get them to just pay for repairs which to be honest was something and nothing, we are not far off now, Front drivers wing and bumper have gone off for paint, HU to fit, MOT, alignment and final touches and all done , and Dave will not be selling this one this time.

DAB aerial fitted and routed, HU fitted,electric window switch taken apart the contacts cleaned and re-fitted, and all new speakers fitted....

She had a idle issue, which turned out to be the idle control valve , so i changed the full Throttle body,.....cured, running sweet...thanks to Autolink for getting it out so quick...

She got stuck on the alignment machine, as the computer crashed half way through setting her up so after a week I got her back, front drivers wing needs repainting as it was not that good when done, just a major buff up and clean and all done....

Tony at Mot explained that the steering rack gaiter on the drivers side had a split in it , so wedged, up on axle stands and old one off and new one on...

Well she is all done and ready for Dave to put is own personal mark onto her, finally had a chance to see her in the flesh and test drive her.....happy man, new owner..
