Fuel pipes - fuel rail

Postby GlennyGills » Sat Aug 01, 2015 2:35 pm

I am halfway through replacing my inlet manifold (I forgot about the bottom bolts , I now have to tow the car to a friend with a two post jack).
Anyway, I had to cut the fuel pipes to and from the fuel rail. I am trying to find replacement parts but struggling. Can I use any fuel hose as the old ones were fluted.

I'm sure somebody more knowledgeable than me will be along soon but I can't see why not. I am using normal fuel hose on my Exocet build. I got mine from Viper but just because they are local. I can find the size and description if you need it.

Speak to the likes of Autolink, Junk yard dog , or suffolk mazda as they break them and will have good s/hand parts.

Just spoke to Autolink, they are standard fuel lines, with a fluted conduit. So problem solved.
