There are not many Mk2's that have not got the tin worm in the rails.
Mine did not look as bad as them in the pictures until we started cutting them out.
When you put the scope inside you can only see that, the inside. When you start cutting the rust is in between the layers.

No it was very clean underneath and the heat shield above the rear box is still in place and in good condition also someone has put under seal on the rear wishbones.
