Help required with engine mounts

Postby Mxmurray » Thu Feb 06, 2014 5:12 pm

Hi all
My exhaust is knocking on the underside of the car on acceleration which I thinks down to knackered engine mounts.
I have had the car up on my small ramps at home to replace the mounts today, unfortunately due to injury from a bike accident I can't get the leverage on the bolts whilst under the car.
I managed to get two bolts undone but had to call it a day due to the pain.
Is there anybody who could assist me changing the mounts?
I have tools, ramps, power, air etc just no muscle.
Located in Bury north manchester but I can drive.
Cheers.

It is not as hard as you think, and should be easy done in your garage or drive way.
Sounds like another how to to be built and locked in.
