Interesting, My Eunos didn't actually have the relay fitted but according to a couple of other threads/posts on the same subject ( cheers Andrew!) the Jap imports pre 93 1.6 didn't have the relay included. However, I spotted a easy mod which after checking had been fitted already to my Eunos. It basically uses a diode which goes across a couple of wires on the connector at the base of the lighting stalk. After replacing the diode (1N5408 Rectifier Diode) with a new one - BIngo! - I have working flashers again. Must have been a blown diode.

P.S. If anyone needs one f these diodes, let me know. I ended up with about 10 of them (as it was effectively the same as buying one and adding P&P). I'd be happy to send one through in the post. There are a few posts out- there on the "Mk1 flash to pass" mod but I can add one here if that will help? I expect its old news now - and I'm playing catch-up!

As always thanks to MM and the forum for the advice and postings.
Andy.
