New Springs for Mk1 'AUTO' Vspec

Postby tomsky » Thu Mar 30, 2017 8:21 pm

Hi Im looking to rebuild the suspension on my 92 vspec Automatic. On speaking to a few suppliers it appears the spring rates are different for the Auto's and the Mazda originals at £100 each seem to be all im being offered. MX5 parts cant say how their springs perform on an auto as nobodys left any feedback. I just wondered if any guys here have been through this and what they have used instead or could recommend an alternative. The main thing is I want to keep it all stock and no uprating.

Thanks in advance

Tom

The spring rate on the Mk1 Autos were different than the Manuals, have a word with Andrew at Autolinkmx5.
