Clunk from n/s rear

Postby Straightspeed » Wed Nov 22, 2017 9:21 pm

I'm struggling to solve a "clunk" from the rear when I pull off from a standing start. One clunk, it appears to be from the nearside rear. Poor or bumpy road surface doesn't effect it, nor does changing gear, although coming off throttle at low speed will generate it. I've recently put on coilovers and replaced worn drop links, however the noise was there before. I've had the wheels off and cant see anything loose, and using a pry bar I cant find anything obvious. Any help would be appreciated.

Could it be a sticking brake after applying the handbrake.
