Looking for recommendations.

Postby Chris.P.P.Bacon » Fri Nov 16, 2018 9:27 pm

Hello collective Hive mind,
Sorry if this is a typical newby question.
Having just bought my MX5 I would like to get the underside and chassis rails checked over by a professional and repaired if neccessary.
I am quite prepared to get grubby doing spanner work but welding etc is beyond me so I am looking at getting that stuff sorted and the warm fuzzy feeling that the old girl will last me a few years rather thaan spend the winter working on it only to be told its never going to see another MOT.
So basically is there anyone in or around North Hampshire that provide that kind of service?
I found that the MX5restorer provide this service but Eastbourne is a fair old trek.
Not a problem for me to leave the car and there is no need for a courtesy car as I have other wheels.
Anyone have any recommendations or experiences good or bad?
Thanks in advance.
