1990 Eunos boot won't open

Postby spotdoc67 » Tue Apr 04, 2023 5:55 pm

Hi
I'd appreciate any help.
I can no longer get into the boot on my 1990 Eunos.
The lock was a little stiff in the past but always opened with the key.
The key still turns in the lock but the mechanism won't release.
I've tried pressing down on the bottled as I turn the key without success.
Any ideas?

thanks

Before we get too deep into the sneaky how to, have you tried some good quality penetrating oil,.

Rear locks do have a tendancy to ingest road dirt.

Hi all, I have the same issue wiht my H reg eunos, I cant access the boot from key or console button. I may have knocked something cleaning and I isolated the battery as the battery kept going flat so cant even move it. Is there any way of getting the boot open without damgaing the car?

thanks

There is a way in, but i cannot post up "how to break into my car please", you will need to contact me personally in private with proof that the said roadster is yours and a phone number for contact direct.
