Window issue

The passenger side electric window on goes down but won’t go back up, would I be right thinking changing out the whole regulator would fix this? And where would people recommend I get a replacement? Also is it a tricky job? Tia.

So do you need to help it back up with the button pressed and it struggles or just nothing?

I haven’t actually tried helping it back up with the button pressed, I’ll give that a go, we did try pushing it back up but it falls back down, accidentally bought a bit of a project without much knowledge of what I’m doing.

Because of what we have been doing it as slipped our minds , i'll get on it straight away and let you know.
As for the windows there are a number of things it could be ,before you splash out on a new mech.
