Right, decision made, I will paint each wheel a different colour and drive around for several months to see which looks best and listen to the feedback

To me the thing about these little cars is that they are all individual, they are almost like a blank sheet, allowing each of us to add a personal touch is we wish, but even if the care is standard it still looks good.

At the end of the day its only paint, pick a colour, if you dont like it spray it a different colour.

If your going to have a go at spraying the wheels yourself and not sure about the colour, try Plastidip.

Will give you a chance to see how good you are at spraying, and if you mess it up or don't like the colour, you just peel it off! :handgestures-thumbup:

I had not thought of that, I will put it on the list. I did have a go at repairing the bubbles which I commented upon here viewtopic.php?f=17&t=415&start=900 with some pictures.

Far from perfect and I think I may end up lacquering the entire wheel. If had experience and bravery, it would have been quicker to spray the entire wheel!. By hey ho, it looks better and the blistering will be haulted for a while whilst I save up.

Before someone says :text-worthless:, here is one. Unless you get close my DIY efforts are not that noticeable and an improvement on what was there before

Thanks for the feedback. Fortunately the iPad does not take high definition photos! I am probably the only one that looks closely anyway. What I learned from the experience is that for something link a wheel, bight the bullet and do the whole wheel.
