Pete's got water coming through the side seals at the front

Pete's got a roof leak. It's been going on a while but he's been busy with the other problems.
Water is coming in at the front and centre side seals on the soft-top. Any ideas?

Pete says he's got a recent receipt for the hood - it's only a few months old. He says it seems to fit nicely...

Is the plastic nipple missing from the latch?

Just checked with Pete. It was the soft-top catch caps missing...
