Catastrophic Chris is a real MX5/Roadster enthusiast and as such owns all version of the car. He's also incredibly unlucky with his cars which suffer from just about every ailment we have come across (and a few we haven't - yet). With your help we can keep all his cars on the road and the smile on his face so please come in and see if you can help.

Pete's Fog Light just fell off

Postby MrChrome » Sun Oct 14, 2012 12:36 pm

Pete's just come back from a test drive - he's got an MOT soon - and he noticed his fog light has gone! It was fitted under the bumper but all he has left are bits and some wires.

Pete needs a fix BUT really doesn't like the look of the fog light under the rear bumper and would prefer the light to be somewhere else.

Any ideas?

Well he has a choice of converting either the centre brake light or a reverse light.

My choice would be getting a red bulb & converting the reverse light.

Totally agree with Dave, convert the offside reversing light, totally legal and a great mod.

Pete's decided to go with the reversing light on the offside.

He says the car looks so much cleaner...
