cheers for the help

Postby scottie » Tue Feb 14, 2012 6:29 pm

i recently acquired a 1991 roadster to replace the gf's best friends one which was recently burned out in a garage fire.
having travelled from manchester to norwich for it and driving it home, i noticed a few jobbies that needed doing on her before turning it over to her new owner. all the work has been done to put the niggles right before the good lady takes possession of her new pride and joy, which is her surprise as shes not even seen it yet..
a big thanks to mazda mender who did about a weeks work in a day to help get the car ready. its great to see how much a car can improve in 2 weeks.
mm did the shocks brake callipers and niggles which i couldnt manage due to lack of experience and burned out tools and ive just finished servicing and polishing her.

its great when like minded people pull together for the common cause.
cheers mm, cant wait to see her face when she sees the car, which will be in about 30 minutes time.
