Can someone please let me know a fast road setting four wheel alignment. Camber caster toe-in/out! For a Mk2 1.8?

Thanks but it assumes a 1" sway bar and sports shox. My Mk2 is standard, will that work? Maybe I should just head down to WIM and let them sort it out?

This is a set of WIM fast road settings for the MX-5 - IIRC they came from someone on Nutz but they may equally have come from Wayne, I can't remember.

I'll double check, as the settings that I use are now locked into the toyota dealership in Wigan, but i will dig them out tonight.
