This is the section to see what is hidding behind those panels, and how to get rid of the tin worm, cutting out and welding in fresh metal, protection and paint.

Hiya Bud,
We use gravitex which comes in a litre bottle that you need a stone chip gun for. We find this gives the best performance and texture. Aerosols are ok but dont give the same texture as the original finish. Just make sure that it is over-paintable too as there are a few around that arent.
Primer wise, as a bodyshop we only use 2k primer but a good quality aerosol primer would suffice for a DIY job. Make sure that you do not put too much on at once, more thin coats is always better than trying to go thick straight away.
Hope that helps, Dave

I've recently bought a http://www.internationalpaintsuppliers.com/coatings-additives-/promatic-stonechip-aerosol-500ml/]stonechip aerosol from a website called International Paint Suppliers... it was decent and cheap. Hope that helps.
