Push Push Switch connector for heated rear screen?

Postby Yak » Sun Oct 06, 2019 5:25 pm

Hi,

NA Eunos 1995 with a later roof fitted with heated rear window. The existing HRW wiring uses an aftermarket rocker switch and a separate run of wiring with a relay and it's a bit of a dog's dinner tbh (not installed by me). I'd like to try and use the existing wiring so that I have a light on the dash and a timer etc. I've pulled the existing switches and wires and I now need to confirm that the white plug in the attached pic is for the push / push type switch (NA7566460)

Also, what is the black connector block in the pic supposed to be for?

Thanks in advance

Ah, so the white one is for the HRW and the black for electric door mirrors (which I don't have). Just need to get the single HRW push type switch from Autolink, put the wiring back to normal and sort a pigtail for the HRW then. Cheers :handgestures-thumbup:

Finally got it done, ripped out the additional wring and relay and fabricated some leads to use the rocker switch with the original plug. Made a pigtail using the instructions on here and now it works. A lot tidier and I even have the dash light as well.

Thanks
