The far easiest way to get the MK2.5 heated seats working is to get an aftermarket heated seat kit off the bay of E ,use the loom and connected up to the membrane in the seats and use a OE Heated seat switch so it all looks standard, and you will have spare membranes for when the the OE ones fail.

Where are you in manchester....you are in the best place for help...its what we do ...build them....if she had ripped from the mounts , she would be un driveable, you would know 100% , if you are closer or fancy a drive up to a specialist ( before you run off from honest advice and information to FB...

Well he must be Sh*t hot to be able to tell from pics in another country that you PPF is out?your engine mounts will only cause that if they have ripped from their mounting plates which i very much doubt as you would here them first on start up or it sitting c*ck eyed.... Well she as been to the body shop..., everything off ,painted and back together, did not go for a standard red SU, thought i would make her prettier....screen as just gone back in, just waiting till swap andrews Sspec with each other so I can finish her off , alignment and MOT ...then up for sale ....
