I was sick of the sun reflecting off the shiny surface of the dashboard cowl in my Mk1 Eunos, so I decided to do something about it.

As standard on the NA, these are shiny plastic, and on bright days they reflect into the windscreen.

Later models had a more satin finish, which is better, but...

I have had a lot of owners asking about this,so they can fit a KG works mirror?
But this one came around because the wrong windscreen had been fitted ,so using a standard mirror with all the bits.

First off you will need to remove the interior light, which you can re-route to the early type dash...

So, I am planning on upgrading my in car entertainment system to a DAB enabled radio.

To mount the DAB receiver I need to remove the trim from the nearside A post.

Never done this before but I am sure some of you super Menders (Mm) will have.

Right there is some proper crap on the web, all about these so called all singing all dancing aftermarket rubber door bump stops, and some even 3D printed( give me a break please)....

When owners fit a MK 2/2.5 frame and hood onto a Mk 1 they ALWAYS forget that they will also need these to, other wise when you drop the hood it will get caught and worn by the pinch bolts and over a short period of time WILL make a lovely hole on each side of the hood..

REMOVE,,,,,,,,,

Drop the roof,window down ,be it electric or keep fit, unscrew all the fittings off the door, start at the bottom and start popping the door card free you will hit one that will not...

My Eunos V-special suffered from what is a very common issue on these cars, i.e. worn leather seats, the driver's being particularly bad. It showed quite heavy cracking on the seat base and side cushions, some scuffing and the usual 'hole' where the leather had worn through on the back bolster...
