Is it better to replace this valve or try and clean the old one?

So, decided to change both the brake and clutch fluid before our annual tour of Scotland.

So, any tips or suggestions on undoing the bleed nipples to avoid snapping them off, been a few years since anywhere slackened off.

Just thought I would ask the collective.

Will the front upper wishbone listed as for a 1.8 Mk2 98-05 fit on the mark1, also a 1.8?
I was wondering because they’re £180 a corner from MX5Parts and I can get them for £60ish on eBay brand new. My Ball joints are jiggerd (oo’er misses :-D )

Going to do rear main oil seal and I have heard its possible to do the rear sump half moon seal at the same time by using clamps On the oil seal housing lugs to compress the half moon seal enough to locate the housing. Has anybody tried this and what results.

Need to do some maintenance to the wing mirrors (getting very stiff to move etc) but looking at the screws holding them on they are rusted to hell and one is rounded out.

I'm drowning them in gt85 all week but if I need to persuade them out are they accessible from inside the door?...

OK here's what happened - rear blowout driver side rear, not shredded but instant deflation at around 55 / 60 followed by a few miles on the space saver to the next junction and getting a new tyre done.

What it's doing now is I have a real random clunking coming from the rear with a buzz type...

Squeaky clutch. Hot or cold, doesn't matter. Neutral or 70mph, doesn't matter. Doesn't seem to change pitch with engine speed. Only thing that makes a difference is where the clutch pedal is. If it's depressed to just before it starts slipping then the squeaking stops entirely. Anyone any thoughts...
