Anyone got any ideas on the best way to hide/ sort out rear arch rust. Was thinking fender flares not sure though help?

I feel this post needs to go in here, stupid mistake, going to do my valve stem seals tonight, stripping the head down today and forgot to mark up the left cam pulley, so there's a 33.3~% chance of getting it right, is there away of making this 100%?
