We had a great day fitting the new hood, and now we know how not to do it we could do another properly I think! :lol:

Changed gear shift boots, checked all the fluids/tyres, went for shakedown run to see if there was anything else

(yes there was, Rad started weeping at the bottom :( )

oh and tried to remove old underboot heatshield but it has been welded in place by 20 years of rust so attacked it with wire brush and wd-40 so will try again tomorrow once it has time to work.

Polished and drove two of them down to to Tatton park for the classic car show with the boys and girls with the C&NW area of the OC, top day and top company,all our enthusiasm,passoin and love for these little gems over looked the drizzle for most of the day(stopped a hour or so before it ended :roll: ),will deffo do this next year,thanks chaps.

Put another 300 miles on the clock!

It`s now official...there are no more living flies in Norfolk & Lincolnshire. They are all splattered over the front of my 5 :x
