The MISSION MOTORSPORT's New Race Car...............

Postby BROKEN_BIKER » Tue Jul 24, 2012 9:12 am

 Say hello to the Armed Forces Motorsport Charities brand new race car (http://www.missionmotorsport.org) , which had it's first outing the weekend at Croft Circuit this weekend.
The first time its was seen was at the Blyton Park Bash and world record attempt, where Mazda-Menders put her on a severe crash diet. Stripped of everthing in only about 6 hours. Every thing went from seats to heater matrix to the roof, carpet if it's not needed during a race it went, even the power steering

Then it was of to Paul Roddison to work his magic who had just 2 week's to get to car ready to pass scrutineering. and with his help and the Max5 nutz guy's, http://www.mx5nutz.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=100234&st=0very kind donations.

We will soon be building a car for Chris, the guy in the photo who lost his legs last year in Afghanistan, so he will be able to race next year.

I'll put some pics of the finished article in the next thread, only 3 allowed???
