Tried following wires, from siren, they go through bulkhead then are taped to some other wires then I lose track of them, must be behind dash somewhere, going to have to rip it out I guess, how much work is that, any how to's?

Last few MX5s I've seen have the boxes installed around the fusebox.

If you look up where the interior fusebox is, have a look around there, the two I've had have both have them installed with brackets fixed to the fusebox retaining screws.

Costs nothing to have a look!
